The Saturday before Labor Day, we spent the day on the Harbor Islands. We took the ferry to Spectacle Island, where we walked around, enjoying the beautiful weather and the lovely views of Boston and the Harbor. Then we went to Georges Island, which has a fantastic fort on it, Fort Warren. We didn’t leave nearly enough time to explore it properly. We’re looking forward to going back sometime soon!
